I bought a bunch of quatrefoils, and most of them turned out perfectly. I did have an issue with a couple of them, but the seller more than made up for it. They really went out of their way to make everything right. Please know that these are nearly black on all sides except the front. I have plans to paint the quatrefoils, so this is not an issue for me; I only mention it for other people's knowledge. I am very pleased with my purchase, and if I ever need more I will totally look here to buy them. I would give them six out of five stars for their customer service alone.

Gorgeous pieces. We bought a few glassless picture frames that we hung in the nursery and we had NO idea what to do with them. As i was searching for silhouettes to toy with that idea, I came across these customs, which are plain clean wood on one side and burnt on the other side, which we unexpectedly fell in love with. Anyways, they were the absolute perfect item to put in these frames. As high quality as they are, to be so inexpensive and free shipping? I cant wait to buy more.

Fast shipping and delivery. I ordered two arches to use as trim, on an interior wall with a cutout arched doorway, that I'm making, to use for continuity between two room boxes. It will give a totally different look - more like a dollhouse, rather than one long room box. I love the two arches, they look great, and then I realized, that they are too short to use as the trim on the edges of the doorway. I screwed up on the length of the arches, so that's on me, though I was sure I had measured the length correctly. So instead, I am using the top of the arch to frame the top of the arch and will use some other trim on the doorway edges.  The item arrived on time. The edges are well-burned, as described. Just don't try to sand them even slightly before painting, as holes will appear between the wood veneers. This is a great shop for a large variety of sturdy, wooden cut outs. They are wonderful for making projects. I'm not very artistic, but I love making things for around the house. (Maybe when I get better, I can start making gifts, too.) These cut outs are just as described, and packaged extremely well. I think I received a couple extras, even!
